Position Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus and His Church, is called to ministry, is a proven leader, and passionate about live production in the local church. This person will lead, shepherd, and train production volunteers and help lead production at the Anderson (Broadcast) campus. If you enjoy leading people, serving in audio, video, and/or lighting in live environments, or have a love and desire to lead others to Jesus and advance the gospel through production, this role could be for you!

To be qualified for this job, you’ll need to have:

• Experience leading and shepherding teams
• Proven experience in audio, video, or lighting in live environments, with the desire to grow in proficiency in all of these
• Effective communication skills to large groups
• Ability and/or desire to learn to technically troubleshoot production systems
• A desire and ability to work well in teams
